It’s the start of Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK which means …LOOONGGGG weekend whoop! whoop!
Well done for those of you who joined us this month of August for our Jungle Body July dance classes and our stretching classes too!
Yes! …you read it right: we are running 20min stretching classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7pm-7.20pm UK time for all beginners welcome! Le Stretching classes are great way to stay mobile, flexible and destress!
